As a WordPress plugin developer, you get access to the repository from where the plugin is output to the WordPress directory. However, at the first moment the question arises how to transfer your file to the repository.
Solution: The free TortoiseSVN allows you to do exactly that. If you enter your repository URL here, you get access to your directory. For the first time, you also have to enter your WordPress.com access data.
