WordPress offers for almost all needs different plugins, free as well as paid and these can usually be found quickly. Below is a list of helpful plugins, for which I had to search longer, but fulfilled exactly what they were needed for. Furthermore all listed plugins are free of charge.
Phoenix Media Rename – With this plugin you can change the file names in your media library. Also already inserted files, can be renamed automatically without having to link them again.
Enable Media Replace – goes one step further, here media can be completely replaced without having to reinsert them into the content.
Media Cleaner – Clean & Optimize Space – deletes unused images from the media library and the server. Before doing so, however, be sure to make a backup.
Visual Portfolio – Helpful portfolio gallery with all the functions and filters that are otherwise only found in paid plugins.
Fatal Error Notify – Sends an e-mail to the site owner if the website can no longer be displayed, e.g. due to a serious error.
Contact Form 7 – Repeatable Fields – Is an addon for the Contact Form 7 plugin and ensures by means of groups that desired fields can be repeated as often as desired.
GamiPress – Reward system for users.
Image Source Control – Plugin for storing copyright rights of an image directly on or in the image.
Shortcode Cleaner Lite – Cleans the source code, e.g. if the editor was changed and therefore old code / shortcodes are still stored on the website.
Canvas Image Resize – Allows to define the maximum height and width of an image before uploading it.
Filter Posts By Category – Nice filter function with Ajax that also works with Elementor and Custom Post Types.
Make Column Clickable Elementor – As the name suggests, this can be used to make column content clickable as well.
Tuxedo Big File Uploads – Ensures that even very large files can be uploaded to the media library, even if there is actually an upload limit.
Products Suggestions for WooCommerce – Offers selected items to the user, for example, on the shopping cart or checkout page.
Go Live Update Urls – Good alternative to Better Search Replace to change all URLs of a website, including the database.
CF7 Form Submission Limit – Influences how often a form can be submitted.
Better Find and Replace – Searches the database for a desired term or URL or replaces it.
MouseWheel Smooth Scroll – Does what the name implies, provides slower scrolling across the entire web page.
Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer – Makes it easy to edit WooCommerce email templates.
Change Admin Email – Lets you change the admin email address without sending an automatic message from the server.
